SS316 Air Piloted Angle Seated Valves

Angle Seat Valves are 2/2-way pneumatically actuated piston valves for liquids, gases, steam and some aggressive fluids (vacuum services also.) The design of the piston is unique to the market, enabling the piston/plug to retract away from the flow path, ensuring ahigh flow capacity. The packing design and a large diameter self aligning stem insures a very good cycle life. A full range of accessory items are available including limit switches, pilot solenoid valves.
Maximum media pressure 16 bar g. Maximum media temperatures -10°C up to 200°C,
Body material is SS316, Actuating head material is SS304, seat/seals in PTFE.

Available from stock in ½” to 2” BSPP, Normally Closed (Option available in Normally Open and Double Acting)

SS316 Coaxial (Shuttle) Valves

2/2-way pneumatically actuated Coaxial valves/Shuttle valves works due to the internal movement of the piston supplied with air. At the end of its stroke, the piston presses on the seat seal or moves away from it letting the intercepted fluid flow or stopping it from flowing. As the seat is perfectly tight and the intercepted fluid pressures discharge on it, the pressure necessary to move the piston is completely independent of the fluid pressure. Small and compact design.
